De Alarm Warrants, for the benefit of Customer only, that at the time of sale to the Customer, the equipment being sold is new, and Vendor does not know of any nonconformity between the equipment as shipped and the manufacturers' specifications for the goods, and does not know of any defect in the materials or workmanship of the equipment. In every other respect, Customer recognizes that the equipment is being sold "as is." The only warranties given are those that might be offered by the manufacturers of the equipment.

VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING SOLD, INCLUDING ITS CONDITION, ITS CONFORMITY TO PATENT DEFECTS, AND ITS MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THE GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS." VENDOR FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE NATURE AND QUALITY OF ANY OTHER PERFORMANCE BY VENDOR, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

Vendor shall have no obligation to correct or cure or otherwise remedy any nonconformity or defect in the equipment, if: (1) the equipment is not properly installed in a suitable operating environment; (2) the equipment is not properly maintained and operated under normal conditions by qualified personnel; or (3) Customer has not notified Vendor promptly upon discovery of any pertinent nonconformity or defect (or other breach).

Under no circumstances shall Vendor be liable to Customer for any loss of profits, any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against Customer by any other party, even if Vendor has been advised of the possibility of such claims or demands; and this limitation is intended to apply to all Customer's family members, guests, invitees, and other visitors to the Customer's premises. Under no circumstances shall Vendor be held liable for loss or damage that may be incurred by the Customer due to fire, burglary, or robbery where Vendor products have been installed by the Customer or his agent nor for any damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, purchaser modifications, reimbursement for Customer installation time or acts of God.

For 6 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge or, if reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, De Alarm Security System may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund. Batteries are not warranted. To obtain warranty service, write, e-mail or phone for return authorization, then return product in resalable physical condition to Afri - De Alarm Nigeria Limited.

In the event that a product requires repair after six months from receipt of order, customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling. Please contact Afri - De Alarm Nigeria Limited.
